Looking at market trends over the past 10 years, the strongest window is usually right after the Super Bowl or February through April. This is when we see the most buyers: renters considering buying, families planning moves before summer or school year, buyers updating pre-approvals, and companies completing transfers. Spring also boosts curb appeal with better light and blooming landscaping. All of this creates strong market momentum, making it an ideal window to sell.
